Quality inflatables and event equipment and top-quality customer service both before the booking gets underway, during the booking and after the booking. We never cut corners when it comes to quality and we go the extra-mile to make sure that our inflatables and all our other hire equipment and accessories are safe and COVID-19 compliant particularly during this present difficult time. All our bouncy castles and other play inflatables are manufactured in the UK and conform completely to all current British and European safety standards and safety protocols. We regularly check and carefully maintain all our hire equipment. For our customer’s peace of mind we always replace equipment well before it starts to look faded or tired to make sure all our equipment remains in pristine condition for every hire. All our inflatables are tested yearly by a fully-qualified inspector and all our Bouncy Castles and other play inflatables are all of the HSE (Health and Safety Executive - part of the UK Government). In addition to our inflatables being tested, all of our electrical equipment including blowers, extension cables and plug sockets etc. is tested ( Appliance Test) at regular intervals to ensure the safety of our customers and their guests.

5 Star Bouncy Castle is proud to be members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance (BIHA), who are committed to improving safety in the inflatable hire industry. The BIHA works directly with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and other industry bodies to help improve safety awareness in the industry and promote best working practices. We also have public liability insurance for your peace of mind available on request.

All our bouncy castles and party equipment is delivered, set-up, checked over and after the party or event is collected by our hard-working and fully-trained team. We regularly work with large corporate organisations and local authorities who have stipulated that we must adhere to the strictest of safety standards at all times. Our hire equipment is always set up in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines (including BIHA guidelines) and we usually carry out a full risk assessment and a thorough safety inspection at the time of delivery. We always go through a full safety briefing with our customers (preferably with the hirer present who are going to be using our equipment) with every hire making sure that nothing ruins your big day!

We cover Boscombe, Kinson, Southbourne, Springbourne, Throop, Westbourne, Winton and Pokesdown, Christchurch, Poole, Wimborne. subject to a small delivery charge.
